Subscription Plan FAQ's

Is the cost of address verification included with my subscription package?

No, while this is available with each of the subscription plan options, it uses Royal Mail data files and is charged per job depending on the number of records in the file(s) being processed. You can get an accurate quote by simply running a job and then decide whether to go ahead and pay for the job so you can download the results. Alternatively, you can contact us.

Can I upgrade to a higher level of subscription at any time?

You bet you can! This is done on the Account Page. This will start a new minimum three month subscription period. If you upgrade on any day other than a monthly billing date this will be charged pro rata on the day of the upgrade for the difference between the new subscription rate and the old rate. The billing day of the month will remain unchanged.

Can I change to Pay As You Go at any time?

Yes you certainly can, once the minimum three month subscription period has ended you can change to Pay As You Go.

How do the record limits apply when matching two files?

The plan limit applies to the number of records in the larger of the two files.

Is the cost of suppression and enrichment included with my subscription package?

No, while these services are available with each of the subscription plan options, they use valuable third party data files from a variety of sources which are charged per job depending on the number of records that are suppressed or enriched – you can simply run a job to get an accurate quote. Alternatively, you can contact us for more information.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

All Subscription Plans have a minimum three month subscription period. If you cancel within the initial 3 month period your cancellation becomes effective at the end of the 3 months. You may cancel at any time after the initial 3 month period and your cancellation becomes effective at the end of that current billing period.

What if I can't pay by credit card?

Subscription Plans can be paid by Direct Debit – simply contact DQBilling@helpIT.com to set this up. For PAYG payments of at least £1,000 plus VAT, you can pay by direct credit via online banking. You won’t be able to access the results from any job that you have run until the Direct Debit is approved or direct credit payment is received.

Can I downgrade my subscription anytime?

You bet you can! This is done on the Account Page. Once the minimum three month subscription period for the higher level plan has ended. The downgrade then starts a new minimum three month subscription period. If you choose to downgrade on any other day than a monthly billing date, your account will be credited pro rata on the day of the change for the difference between the new Subscription Plan rate and the old rate and the credit will be applied to reduce subsequent charges. The billing day of the month will remain unchanged.
